The idea

Build a dystopian science-fiction RPG around a caste system that shapes both the fiction and the player's available choices.

The connection

The central creative task is making social structure mechanically felt: access, resources and dialogue should change because of the world, not merely describe it.

System design

The following structure makes the project concept inspectable and defines the implementation to demonstrate.

01A narrative state tracks affiliations, choices and discovered information.
02Rules constrain access and resources according to the fictional social system.
03A browser interface delivers scenes, encounters and persistent progression.

What would prove it

Make one encounter playable from two social positions and show materially different options and consequences. Ask testers to describe the system they inferred without explaining it beforehand.

The next complete milestone

The first complete deliverable is a small narrative arc with a meaningful decision, consequences and an ending. Larger lore and additional content should follow a validated interaction and progression model.

Project record

A browser-based RPG conversion exploring a dystopian sci-fi caste-system setting — early narrative and systems research, not yet a public build.
