What would prove it
Demonstrate one complete workflow from setup to an exportable record. Show how corrections, incomplete tasks and different user roles are handled in the actual product.
The next complete milestone
The published register describes Workstep as released. Strengthen the case study with an actual product walkthrough and documented scope; customer numbers, compliance guarantees and business outcomes should appear only when substantiated.
